AOPA Legal Advice

AOPA Pilot, Instructor and Student members can receive up to 30 minutes free legal advice for aviation related issues with the Air Law Firm. The advice will be available from a specialist Aviation solicitor to Pilot, Instructor and Student members , strictly subject to the following:

1. Your issue is raised using "Ask AOPA" on the AOPA UK website. 
2. Your issue is relevant to your personal aviation activities.

On receipt of your issue via "Ask AOPA" it will be reviewed by AOPA. If, after review, the issue is unlikely to be resolved without legal advice it may be referred by me, with your approval, to our legal advisor for an opinion.

If your issue is referred to our legal advisor and their opinion is that a legal solution is relevant you may be offered up to 30 minutes to discuss the case directly with the legal advisor.

You cannot just request legal advice through Ask AOPA.
